Julio G. Macedo has over 30 years of experience in high level executive positions and held numerous Board of Director seats. Along with Metro Energy Partners, which he formed to   be the Capital Partner for “green” energy companies, he has served on the Board of Directors for energy companies. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of Macedo Partners, a private real estate investment entity for land and commercial real estate properties. He is presently on the Board of Directors at Western Developments and Cantamar Housing. He is the past President of both of these organizations. Mr. Macedo has spearheaded numerous planned project developments ranging from the ground up. He has been involved in re-zoning of land parcels, applying for conditional use permits (CUP), hiring the necessary engineering and architectural consultants, and appearing at public hearings. Mr. Macedo has served several times in the capacity as President and a Board Member to various profit and non-profit organizations. Mr. Macedo also served in the US Army.

Bryan Hebb is the CTO of Metro Energy Investments and co-founder of Vortex Energy Group, Inc. Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial construction, energy plants, and service space. He is the owner of Hebb Engineering and Building, whose focus is on industrial projects, typically equipment and cogeneration installations. Mr. Hebb holds three California State Contractor’s Licenses including General Engineering–A, General Building–B and a C-10 Electrical Contractor’s license. Mr. Hebb has planned, installed, and/or project managed the installation and commissioning of over 30 cogeneration systems throughout California, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Prior to Vortex Energy Group and Hebb Engineering, Mr. Hebb was the Managing Director at Energy and Power Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA. He was employed to manage a $20 million budget for the implementation of all their energy projects nationwide. Prior to that Mr. Hebb served in the US Marine Corps.

As Director of Business Development, Michael Gilling uses his logistical skills developed from two decades of service with companies like Disneyland, America West Airlines, and Delta Airlines to oversee, co-ordinate, and facilitate his duties with Metro Energy Partners. He has also spent several years as a mortgage broker refining these skills in dealing with the many different people, departments, and entities involved in the complex mortgage process. Mr. Gilling also serves as an Account Executive with Vortex Energy Group and is an "on-call" Disaster Assistance Employee with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency, a division of the Dept. of Homeland Security).
